Arizona's New Immigration Law

It's amazing how many people are making themselves look stupid on television because of the new law in Arizona. First of all, they don't read the law before comenting on it, even if they do read the law, they don't understand it. Just yesterday I was watching Fox News and this guy (didn't get his name) who was an expert on Human Rights, was talking against the law when he was told that there must be a lawful contact before the officer can request documentation regarding their immigration status, his question to that was, "what does that mean?" Lawful contact is the reason an officer can pull you over on the road in any State, for a traffic violation, or if he/she suspects you are loitering in an area known for drug sales, or suspicion of theft, etc. Lawful contact means the officer must have a reason other than you look like you could be illegal, to detain you and ask for an ID. How can the Arizona law be unconstitutional if it was drafted after the federal law? Almost word for word, except for the language they put in it to satisfy those who think it will lead to racial profiling. And what about racial profiling? Every form and questionnaire I have filled out in the last 10 years has asked what race are you, White (non-Hispanic), so if I'm saying I'm white, I also have to maintain I'm not Hispanic. It is true that some Hispanics look darker than others, but they are usually roofers.



Our great leader in the Homeland Security Department, Janet from another planet, said on Fox News, she had not read the bill in Arizona, but "this is not the type of bill I would sign" she said. How can she say it is not the kind of bill she would sign? Damn good thing she doesn't sign bills. So my questions are this, "Why do we need to protest in support of a law that has been in existence for years as a federal law?" Why doesn't the federal government take charge here and do what we have voted them in to do? Why are our borders so porous? Why is it that if you are born here you are automatically a citizen? Is that really a good idea? Why doesn't the government have a department to inspect businesses for the illegal act of hiring illegal immigrants? I would call it the Department of Homeland Sanity!

What I really see that is amazing is that Mexico's president doesn't agree with Arizona's new law, however if you look at Mexico's laws on illegal immigration, they are severe. Also, we have the most porous borders of many countries. And the fact that you can move here, buy a home, work, collect welfare, get free medical care, and an education, all at taxpayer's expense, and if you had crossed into Iran, you would be in prison. We need to clean up our act. We don't need to ship them home, if we stop the welfare payments, the free education, and medical care, enforce the law on employers that hire illegal immigrants, they would all just go home. It starts in our government, they are the one's that are not getting it. We need to clean house in every election from this point forward. Make sure that the person we vote to represent us has the right ideas. Eliminate the slackers in Washington and replace them with someone who will do the work.

	The Cambridge Police Department Acted Stupidly! That's a good way to start shit in this country

Just yesterday the President commented on an arrest by the Cambridge police department of a prominent Black College Professor who was trying to get through a broken door on his own home. The President said he didn't know the details of the incident, but then said the Cambridge Police acted stupidly. This to me is just Obama's true colors showing through. Going to church for many years in a radical black church did indeed spoil this man. I am the spouse of a police officer, and I have ridden with her several times and I can tell you there is not racial profiling, in fact many times she cannot tell the race of the person or persons in the vehicle until she walks up to it. However several times, she has arrested a black person and racial slurs are pouring out of their mouths, "you are just arresting me because I'm black" one lady blurted out, in fact she was being arrested for several outstanding warrants. One carload of black children, even though the driver, (the only adult in the vehicle) had several outstanding traffic warrants, because of the children, that person did not go to jail. It really has nothing to do with race anymore, maybe in the old days, but as I have said before, the only real racists in this country now are blacks. There are still some white supremacists out there, but you don't hear a lot from them. But if this kind of rhetoric continues, he will be the cause of any uprising. A good example of the kind of crap going on was the protest by several black activists in Paris Texas just a week ago. The story goes like this; a year or so ago 2 white men were arrested for murdering their black friend. Here was 2 white guys who were friends of the black man that was killed, and they were arrested for running over him. Later, a rock truck driver came forward and said he accidently ran over the guy, and the 2 white men were released. The protest was because the 2 white men were released. Even though they were innocent of any crime, these protesters wanted justice for a black man many of the didn't even know. Today the news is stating that President Obama is loosing support from the Police Officers associations across the country, and his popularity is slipping. We really don't need a black activist in the White House. You need to bite your tongue Mr.. President, and start being the President of the United States, not President of the black community. Your thoughts should not be of race in any way shape or form. You should be trying to separate yourself from black activists like Mr. Gates, like you did with your preacher.

Who in the hell would buy their kids these dolls? My God what are we coming to? I found this in an Email from one of my many senders, an Email with a subject line, WTF. This has got to be the most disgusting thing ever produced, if it was ever produced. This kind of product just says we will do anything for money. And there are actually people out there buying this junk, and these are the same people who are voting in a major election for the President of the United States. I just hope this one sold no more than 3 or 4 before the producer went belly up. Do you know anyone with these dalls?

	Modern Day Pirates? People can get away with anything these days It's hard to believe that people can get into a boat and head out to sea, and capture a large cargo ship or oil vessel, and get by with it. Oh I can believe this can happen once or twice or even a few times, but where are our military? How stupid can one be to sail past this area along the coast of Somalia where this is happening without some kind of protection? Today there was a report about the first American vessel captured by pirates. That the U.S. military is sitting there near the ship, but I don't hear about explosions, gunfire, death, come on! These are terrorists and must be dealt with as such. I heard someone on the news say, we need to go there and determine which are pirates, and deal with them, hello, anyone in a fast small boat in the general area should be detained and if they are carrying weapons, arrest them as terrorists, and prosecute them as such. Why are we being so politically correct, when it comes to terrorists? In the U.S., if there is an area know for gang activity, or drug activity, the police stops everyone that is even a little suspicious of being in a gang or purchasing or buying drugs. Why are we so afraid of stopping some boatload of thugs and asking them what are they doing in the area? People can get away with anything these days. Now they are talking about gun control here in the U.S., OMG why?
Don't take my guns, John Stossel, Mr. Senator, Congressmen and ladies, someday I will need to protect myself from thugs that we seem to allow to walk all over us, like the Mexican gangs. Political correctness is stopping us. I just can't believe that someone hasn't gotten the idea to set these guys up. Sail a ship into their hands full of heavily armed military or law enforcement personnel and blow them out of the water. Anyone committing crimes of this nature do not deserve to live on this planet. Send them to mars. This just seems to me to be one of the easiest crimes to solve, and to capture the perps. Today I watched a portion of Good Morning America, which was discussing these idiots with a captain of a vessel who negotiated the release of his crew from pirates and even ended up paying a ransom to these jerks. This is just enabling them, to perform more of the same. We are getting more stupid as time goes by. Smarten up guys!





Medical Insurance Reform You can't be insured if you are a risk. No one will cover you! Isn't that what INSURANCE is all about?

It's pretty naive to believe that any kind of reform will happen as long as Medical Insurance is a For Profit business. We cannot continue with a for profit medical insurance industry for much longer. There are actually some people in the U.S. that are not covered and cannot be covered because they lapsed in their coverage, and have some kind of medical issue. Well isn't that why we have medical insurance? To help cover the extreme costs of medical procedures? Medicines? Physical Therapy, etc.? If we can't be covered because we have a medical problem then WTF? In Canada every citizen is covered under their medical plan. I don't know if it's a for profit business there, but it doesn't seem to cost an arm and a leg to have coverage. The problem is the "For Profit" part of medical coverage. If a company can't make a profit off of you, then legally they can deny you coverage. So in that situation, the sick will die for lack of coverage. Someone should sue the big insurance agencies for deaths of our citizens due to lack of coverage, or denial of covering a certain procedure that would save a life. A national medical plan in my mind would be to pay money into the U.S. Government, and then have them regulate medical costs, limit the becoming grossly rich off of the sick, and pay our medical bills. We pay into the plan as we do today, but because the government is not for profit, all of the money is used for medical. The price we pay may be the same, or even a little more, however every American would be covered. However there would need to be some heavy rules put in place. We will not pay for illegal immigrants, temporary workers, visa visitors, or any other non-citizen. You must pay into the system to get anything out. If you are on Welfare, part of your welfare payments will be deducted to cover medical. The poor and retired people in a fixed income will be subsidized. Another great way to pay for this is to eliminate the Retirement benefits for Senators and Congressman. They should be paying into a retirement plan just like the rest of us. What makes them so great?



Because it's a For Profit system, the only way we can lower the prices on medical services is to stop using them. If everyone in the country that is sick would just die, and anyone who is well enough just stay away from the Doctor, prices would plummet, we would start getting good deals on office visits, scans, injections and medications. It's a shame that something that is required to live is not a God given right. That someone can hold something away from us unless we can pay the price, then the only people who will live their lives to the fullest are the rich, they can afford it.




	Wall Street is Giving Bonuses to their Best People as an Employee Retention Program "They don't mind loosing billions if they can just keep these guys"

They call it employee retention payments, and no one would care at all, except that these banks and financial establishments have received money from the tax payers as a "bail out" and even though they said they didn't use any of the bail out money for bonuses, who cares, money is money. I think they need to pay us back, immediately. Now we hear about a bank (Citi-Group) purchasing an air plane which is a custom jet, millions of dollars, and this is after they received bail out money. And what about the Automobile Manufactures traveling to DC in their private jets and asking for money. All I can say is What the Fuck is happening to this World?

I'm thinking that with companies laying off employees all over the place, companies don't really need to retain their employees with bonuses, because I think they would think they are lucky to have a job right now. It is all about greed, the World thrives on greed. It is what drives the economy, and destroys it. If everyone was satisfied with making a good living, instead of trying to get every dollar, we would all live pretty good. Companies lay off people when their profits are down, which reduces their ability to perform to any increase of demand. Instead if they would just hang in there, maybe diversify, or reduce some extreme pay scales, like the CEO making 60 million a year plus bonuses, come on, no one is worth that kind of money, unless they already have it. No one is so smart that a company should pay them millions, hell their profits would grow by millions if they just laid that guy off. The board of directors run the company anyway. Where I work, we lost our CEO and didn't miss a lick, everything went on just as before, we are still growing, and one of the board of directors filled the position, and I think he makes a great CEO. He is also one of the owners, so he deserves the position.






The need for people to get others to stare at them

My first question is; Why would someone disfigure themselves on purpose which is a life long change and cannot be completely reversed? In the picture below, I guess this guy thinks he is really cool with his tattoos and piercings and braided hair. But in reality, he only gets stares and people thinking the same question above.

You see it more and more. It starts with a belly button ring, or an additional ear ring, then a tongue stud, and a small tattoo then more piercings and before you know it, your ears have a huge hole that can never grow closed that you can fit a model car tire into. Now the only place you can work is Taco Bell. I think those who go completely crazy with the crap are just addicted to the pain of the initial piercing and aren't happy unless they are experiencing that feeling. Once the pain goes away, they go for more. Another tattoo or piercing. Some actually turn themselves into an animal or lizard or something, but the bad part is, they are still human and they still look stupid, for the rest of their lives, and they will realize it when they get older.

When someone claims a religious right and then gets a Passport or License with their face covered

I really don't know if this one is true or not, but I did hear on the news once where a woman in Florida claimed she was a Muslim and was able to get a drivers license with her face completely covered. If this is true, what the hell are they thinking. That ID could fit anyone who wanted to use it, as long as they are female and the same height, weight can change.

		This is an authentic passport of a Muslim woman from Iraq. It is not a U.S. passport and we can only hope that this woman will not be allowed to enter this country with this passport. I don't see any fingerprints on it, no face, nothing. This is known as being politically correct, but if that is the case we will be politically dead. These people are known to wear dynamite as a belt. Officials in Alabama require women to remove any head cover to show their hair, but it seems that the State of Texas allowed it, and may still.
