The house looks like a single story from the front and a 2 story from the back, however there is only one room on the 2nd floor, and it's a large game room, party room, family room or whatever room, we call it the Media Room.  4 good sized bedrooms and 3 full baths, a weight room in the dinning area, and a large living room on the first floor.

          The house sits on about 3/4 of an acre, the back yard is huge, with several oak trees, 2 are very large.  The pool is a fair size, but it is not deep, it's known as a play pool, at 3.5 feet at each end and 5 foot in the middle.  It's nice to sit in, lounge around, and swim a little.  It has a hot tub with a gas heater but we don't use it.

          The front yard is larger than most homes in Folsom California, where we used to live.  We are on a cul-de-sac so the yard is narrower in the front than in the back, but still a lot to mow in the front.  With 2 large oak trees and a couple of smaller ones, the front yard is shady most of the day with some partial sun on the flowers and shrubs.  The driveway is long enough to fit 3 or 4 cars.

          In the north eastern corner of the back yard is the storage shed.  We haven't done much around it yet, it is in one of those areas that doesn't get a lot of attention, as other parts of the yard.  Mainly because of the number of shrubs around the pool and side of the house.
